Had a great day at Project Homeless Connect today!
Over 30 outreach organizations gathered today to provide services delivered with care and dignity for people experiencing homelessness, at risk of homelessness, or simply needing services in Morris County.
We also heard from county commissioner @tom_j_mastrangelo and Sheriff Jim Gannon about the importance of helping individuals in need in our community.
Paws4Good was able to connect with many individuals with pets who were in need of assistance.
Your support enables us to continue providing essential services to pets in need within our community.Consider donating today to help us expand our reach and support even more pets in need.
We are so excited to announce that Royal Canin will be sending us a pallet of dog food to help support any individuals who are struggling to feed their pets this winter. Thank you @royalcaninus
Because the healing power of companionship knows no boundaries. Together, we're creating brighter tomorrows for both humans and their four-legged friends.
Midterms week can be ruff, but we know the power of paws! 🐶 Our recent dog therapy event with the Therapy Dogs club at Deerfield Academy brought stress relief to students during midterms week. At Paws4Good, we believe in the incredible bond between humans and their pets, and we're dedicated to sharing that comfort with our community. Events like this remind us that a little wagging tail and a furry friend can make a world of difference.
Thank you to congresswoman Mikie Sherrill @mikiesherrill for taking the time to learn about Paws4Good’s mission, and helping to support the PUPP Act of 2023 that has been introduced in Congress.
The “Keeping Pets with Their People” campaign is live!
Proper animal care, including food and veterinary costs, can be prohibitively expensive. For instance, pet food for just one month costs $100, and full vaccinations typically cost $150-$200. Your donation can make all the difference in ensuring that no one in our community has to face the heartbreak of separating from their beloved pets during challenging times.
We urge you to take immediate action by making a donation to our campaign. Your support will create a community where individuals can prioritize their well-being while ensuring the well-being of their beloved furry companions.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table at the dog park yesterday! We were able to raise enough money yesterday to put towards two clients at Morristown's soup kitchen and outreach center, @nourish.nj , to get them basic supplies for their pets and a months supply of pet food!
Also a special thank you to @ccpettherapy for joining us and spreading awareness to the importance of human-animal connections!
With your support, we can continue supporting individuals in need and their furry companions, and expand our reach to as many people as possible.

Had our first dog therapy event of the year the other day!
The emotional benefits that animals can bring is so important - our aim for this event was to show the importance of human animal connections for mental health, especially during finals week!
Attended the first annual Purple Paws dog walk yesterday!
The Purple Paws Foster Project was created to find temporary foster shelters for domestic pets that are left behind when their owners are forced to leave home to escape a toxic relationship.
Many victims of domestic abuse report that they would not consider shelter at all if it meant leaving their pet behind.
Pets are important parts of many peoples lives for the mental and emotional relief that they bring, and they deserve to receive as much love and care.
By following Paws4Good you can show your support for this cause.
